Can I extend my pet's stay or services while they are already enrolled?

Steps to change the services and length of your pet's stay.

Navigate to Pet Boarding > My Stay
Enter the email and password used to book your appointment. If you forget your password, hit the "forgot password" link
Click on the "edit stay" option of the calendar
Now, drag your mouse across the days to increase or decrease your pets stay
- Keep in mind you can only enroll your pet for 2 weeks at a time. If you want your pet to be boarded for over 2 weeks, request more time on the Special Requests page
- If you are increasing your pet's stay, your calendar will only allow you to select days that are not fully booked
Once your calendar shows the appropriate amount of time to board your pet, click on the "update" button. You will receive an email confirmation with the updated length of stay

Navigate to Services > My Services
Enter the email and password used to book your appointment. If you forget your password, hit the "forgot password" link
Select the service that you would like to remove or change
To remove the service, click on the trash icon at the top right corner
To edit the service, click on the edit button at the top right
- Select all features to be included with the service, and double click on any feature that you no longer want to be part of the service.
- Click update at the bottom right update your appointment
- The price will change depending on the features you add or remove from a specific service
To add a service, click on the orange add service button at the bottom center.
- Click the drop down menu and select the service you want to be added

- Once all features of the service are selected, hit next
- Click on the drop down menu to select a date and time to book your appointment. Only available time slots will appear
- Click on Book Appointment
